"X Files 2" Trailer Leaks, Actually Watchable!

Even though it's coming out a few months from now we still haven't seen much on the long-awaited X Files film sequel. Sure, there was the leaked Wondercon footage, but that didn't really give us poor saps forced to watch a crummy cellphone recording with much to get excited about. Now we have another recording of a more complete X Files 2 teaser, but this time it's a whole lot more watchable.

Not only is the video clearer, but we can actually hear some snippets of dialog this time around. At little more than a minute long it's still difficult to judge where this film is headed. Still, I can attest that I felt far more excited for the revival of the franchise after watching it.

Expect the full trailer in theaters on May 2, which is cutting it pretty closely to the film's July 25 release. (We're four months away and the film doesn't even have a proper title yet!)
